Eric's Journey

Eric was born a normal baby at 6 month’s he got his vaccine’s mmr and DPT vaccine day’s later he started having seizure’s 24 in one day. He was put on seizure meds phenibardital it worked for a little while then the Dr. put him on another drug then another till Eric was on 7 types of drug’s at one time. Eric stopped doing anything at all he just laid there day by day we were losing our son. He never said Daddy or mommy or ate on his own time. We went on and finally we were told after all the tests done on him that it was the DPT vaccine that did it made him have seizure’s. 21 years of seizure’s and I was still looking for a cure but somehow I had almost give up when my wife said I can’t do this for the rest of my life watch him seizure and seizure. I started looking on the internet and I came across a story about a little girl who was taking CBD cannabis so I watched the video called Charlottes web I watched it over and over and I knew in my gut It would work for Eric so I emailed and I called the number on the video then I waited to hear. In the meantime a seizure med that stopped Eric’s seizure’s when storms would come or he was sick was being taken off the market because it was never FDA approved he had been on it for 21 years. I got a message on my phone one day from the realm of caring so I called and Mandy told me how to get Eric a red card so I could try it on him. It took me 2 months to get the red card I called Mandy and told her the good news she started making the CBD for Eric. On April the 25 she called me and told me it was ready I couldn’t wait to start Eric on it at the same time the FDA stopped the only seizure med that worked on Eric and on top of that storms were coming every evening. OH God we are going to have nonstop seizure’s I prayed please God don’t let him get bad that night we gave Eric his first dose of CBD and I then knew it was going to be ok. April 28th Eric got his first dose of CBD he had 1 seizure then nothing the next day. This nothing went on for weeks. I could finally look at Eric with no fear of him seizing. Eric was looking at me now and not through me he was sucking his thumb something he did before the vaccine injury. He would play with his mom’s hair and he gave her the biggest smile something he had not done in 21 years. So this is what the realm of caring has done for us and my boy he has been seizure free for 3 months now thank you God for not letting me give up and Thank you Mandy and the Stanley brothers for being the wonderful people you are!
