My name is Lisa McAlester and the Realm of Caring has changed my life!

In 1996 I had a cervical disk rupture and the rupture took out some of C-6 & C-7 vertebrae.

Since my accident I have had constant struggle with medications and I kept getting more and more diagnosis yearly. every day has evolved around pain relief and keeping comfortable so I could get through my day.

I have been diagnosed throughout the last 17 years, in order that I found out, with:

Fibromyalgia

Osteoarthritis

High blood pressure and cholesterol

Irritable bowel syndrome

Insomnia

Spinal stenosis

Spinal bone spur’s

Multiple sclerosis

I am only 44 years old and I could not even get dinner out of the oven, lean over to load/unload the dishwasher, put on clothes, even brushing my teeth was painful.

I can no longer sit for long periods, even standing is difficult at times, I no longer can ride a bike, knit, etc. Pain had become my whole existence. I was ready to proceed to heaven….. Really, I was.

I have been told surgery will not be a long term solution and will most likely flare up all my conditions. Injections do not last and I had lost all hope.

My son convinced me to try cannabis last summer. and so I got my red card and reluctantly tried it.

My first time I remember feeling every muscle melt into the chair. I was the most relaxed that I had ever been. we were in a store in Manitou springs one day and the lady working there gave me a website to contact and I did. “The Realm OF CARING”

for the last 13 months, I have eliminated all prescriptions from my daily pills, and now all I that I need to take is the Realm Oil and a lot of vitamins.

I am able to go through out my week being able to be more productive and pain free!
